- Bacon Flapjacks: We just reinvented the hotcake—yes, with bacon. Generous bits of our savory hickory-smoked bacon are baked into pancake batter and then griddled to golden-brown perfection. Served with two eggs* made to order, two strips of bacon and hash browns.
- Pepper Bacon & Eggs: Bacon deserves only our unconditional love, so normally we’d never advocate giving bacon a kick. But a kick is exactly what it gets with our new pepper bacon. Rubbed with black pepper, it makes your favorite meat even more magical. Served with two eggs cooked to order, hash browns and choice of bread.
- Triple Bacon Sampler: Three bacon flavors that’ll make your favorite meal even more special. Featuring two strips of our hickory-smoked bacon, two strips of new pepper bacon and two strips of turkey bacon. Served with two eggs cooked to order and hash browns made with diced hickory-smoked bacon and shredded Cheddar cheese. This is a must-try for any bacon buff.
- Maple Bacon Sundae: Bacon makes a classic ice cream sundae even more awesome. We start with maple-flavored syrup, and a scoop of rich, creamy vanilla ice cream and then a generous sprinkle of our diced hickory-smoked bacon. Add another sweet layer of syrup and vanilla ice cream topped with even more bacon and a drizzle of syrup.
- BBBLT Sanwich: BLT starts with B for a reason. Our triple decker BLT is made with eight strips of our crisp hickory-smoked bacon, garden fresh lettuce, sliced tomato and creamy mayo between three layers of toasted potato bread. Served with a side of wavy-cut French fries.
- Bacon Meatloaf: How do you make meatloaf meatier? Add more bacon. Our recipe calls for diced bacon baked right into our meatloaf. Topped with our hickory ketchup and more diced bacon for an additional layer of rich smokiness. Served with your choice of two sides and dinner bread.
